Today's final post before the closed sign appears on the door is a track from the highly regarded Evan Johns & The H-Bombs. Starting his career in the Virginia/Washington DC area Evan soon moved to Austin, TX and joined the LeRoi Brothers. Later he was nominated for a Grammy when he played on the instrumental twang album ' Four Big Guitars From Texas'. The Rock & Roll Doctor had the pleasure of seeing Evan & The H-Bombs live supporting the Fabulous Thunderbirds at Antones in Austin sometime in 1986. Live, Evan was a monster of a man with his crazy loud voice and manic guitar playing.
