Born Eric Goulden, Wreckless Eric recorded for Stiff Records in the late 1970's. His first single the classic 'Whole Wide World' was produced by Nick Lowe. He toured alongside Nick, Ian Dury & others on the 'Live Stiff' package tours and has released countless LP's and later CD's on various record labels . He has formed groups such as 'The Len Bright Combo' , 'The Captains Of Industry' and when he moved to France 'Le Beat Group Electrique. This track can be found on Side 4 of the double LP 'Big Smash' on Stiff from 1980.Eric has also written a biography titled - 'A Dysfunctional Success - The Wreckless Eric Manual'.
